NCAS 2020 Annual Meeting - How to Register
The 117th NCAS Annual Meeting will be held on March 27-28, 2020 on the campus of Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC
To attend this event, you must be a current member of NCAS.
If you are not a member, or would like to renew your membership while registering, click the “Register” button and scroll down to select Registration + <whichever membership type applies>. Dues and your registration will be wrapped in with your dues payment. For more information about membership, visit our membership page.
If you have already paid your dues this year (i.e. since Jan 1, 2020), you can navigate to our registration page and select “Current Members Only”. A discount will be applied based on your membership type after you input the “Promotional Code”. To do this, click on the link in the top right and simply enter the email address you used for your membership.
Basically, your email address is the “Promo Code”. Click here to renew your membership. Click here to go directly to the registration page.
If you are an undergraduate student and your institution has purchased a CANCAS group membership, you can register as a Current Member as long as they have submitted your name as a member. If you have questions, contact your advisor or Laura Reichenberg (laura.reichenberg@pfeiffer.edu).
The Early Registration Deadline is March 11! Also, this is the deadline for abstract submission, so don’t miss out!! Submit your abstract as you register for the meeting.
Late Registration will continue online until March 23, 2020 at 3pm. Onsite registration will be available at a higher rate, but onsite registration is only for individuals. In the rare instance you have a group that must be paid by a single institutional check, contact Jean-Luc Scemama (scemamaj@ecu.edu) in advance of the meeting for more information about the process to do this.
